I've worked with Emily for more than seven years at Baker Street. Much of how we run today, including our systems, our data and our brand, carries her work.
She built and moved our technology forward: LeadSimple and Retool, the Rappid build, and the Airtable interfaces, automations and data systems behind them. She doesn't just set up tools. She works out how the business should run and then builds it. When we adopted Claude, she set up the company on it and trained the team until it became part of everyone's daily work.
She also has real design talent. She led our brand refresh this year, and it raised the standard for everything we put out.
